Learn to work the floor with your best splits! This workshop is for anyone from beginners to advanced. Students will learn a sensual floorwork routine and will go through a series of stretches to help them achieve their flexibility goals. *Student do not have to have a full split to take this workshop*

Learn the art of tease while performing on aerial lyra. Students can wear an additional bra or bring a spare pair of thigh highs and gloves to strip of during the class (No ties or boas, pls). This class is for students that have taken at least 3 aerial hoop classes and are comfortable with either a hocks hang or similar inversion.
